New manager programs and strategy

From June 1st 2020, Michael von Winning has taken over the management of programs and strategy at the Eva Mayr-Stihl Foundation in order to relieve the board and management in our growing organization. He had been working for the foundation part-time since May 2019, parallel to his previous main job at the Robert Bosch Foundation.

At the Bosch Foundation, von Winning first built up extensive expertise in foundation management as well as strategy and organizational development as a consultant to the management and later as a senior project manager in the “Society” area. After studying history, philosophy and rhetoric in Tübingen and New York, he gained his first professional experience during several years in an international management consultancy.
